InsideOut is a youth exchange focused on emotional expression through art and performance. Young participants explored their inner experiences using dance, improvisation, creative writing, and storytelling. Held in a supportive multicultural setting, the project encouraged vulnerability, authenticity, and human connection. More than just a space for art, it became a laboratory for emotional exploration and cross-cultural empathy.
