OfflinED was a transformative youth exchange set in the forests of Estonia. Young people from six countries spent several days completely offline, exploring their relationship with technology, attention, and human connection. Using theatre, movement, reflective writing, and shared silence, the project helped participants examine how digital dependency impacts their lives. It promoted conscious use of technology, digital wellbeing, and the importance of being fully present — with oneself and with others.
