Training Course \u2018Unlock the EUntrepreneur in you\u2019 \ntook place in Sigerslev, Denmark from 18th of March to 25th of March 2025. The training course included 30 participants - youth workers, volunteers, youth mentors, youth mediators, youth leaders and people active in the youth field. They represented 10 countries - Denmark, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia and Turkiye. \nThe main aim of this project was to deliver and equip youth workers and youth leaders with wide spectrum of entrepreneurial competencies which they transfered and implemented towards the main target group, young people that are facing economical and geographical obstacles. During the program of the course the participants gained knowledge about the core basics of entrepreneurship, practical skills in establishing, implementing and organizing own enterprise, developing business plan, develop marketing skills, increasing their presentation skills etc. The project has immense effect on the youth work practice thanks to the fact that during the professional development activity the participants created new tools and methods of non-formal education for work with young people on the topic\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0project.
\nO principal objetivo deste projeto foi proporcionar e equipar animadores de juventude e l\u00edderes de jovens com um amplo espectro de compet\u00eancias empreendedoras, que foram transferidas e implementadas junto do principal p\u00fablico-alvo: jovens que enfrentam obst\u00e1culos econ\u00f3micos e geogr\u00e1ficos. Durante o programa do curso, os participantes adquiriram conhecimento sobre os princ\u00edpios b\u00e1sicos do empreendedorismo, habilidades pr\u00e1ticas para estabelecer, implementar e organizar o pr\u00f3prio empreendimento, desenvolver plano de neg\u00f3cios, desenvolver habilidades de marketing, aumentar suas habilidades de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o etc. O projeto tem um efeito imenso na pr\u00e1tica do trabalho com jovens, gra\u00e7as ao fato de que, durante a atividade de desenvolvimento profissional, os participantes criaram novas ferramentas e m\u00e9todos de educa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o formal para trabalhar com jovens sobre o tema do projeto.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
