Through thematic workshops, group dynamics, and artistic activities, the project fostered key skills such as intercultural communication, critical thinking, creativity, collaborative leadership, and environmental awareness.\nParticipants reflected on the role of the fishing economy in coastal communities and co-developed sustainable solutions, learning to work as a team, listen to different perspectives, and overcome challenges through cooperation.
